Leadership transition at Firetail

We are pleased to announce a leadership transition at Firetail.

Ben Randall has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, with Andrew Martin becoming Executive Chair.

Andy will remain closely involved in the business, focusing on long-term direction, governance and key clients, while Ben leads the day-to-day running of the firm, supported by Nicola, Henry and the rest of the team.

Over the past few years Firetail has matured into a strong, experienced team delivering strategy, futures and impact work for our clients.

This transition is about building a firm that can continue to grow, evolve and endure. Most importantly, it is a moment to recognise the strength of the team that makes Firetail what it is today.
