Full-time roles at Firetail
We are currently seeking an ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT to join the team. This is a full-time role based in our office in London.
As an associate consultant at Firetail you will deliver high quality consulting services to help client organisations make a greater social impact. Your work will support our clients to understand themselves and the landscapes they work in. Key responsibilities include:
Problem solving and analysis: identifying client issues, creating hypotheses and delivering high quality analysis that translates data into meaningful insights
Strategic research: gathering, synthesising and presenting key information about clients’ sectors or customers/supporters, conducting stakeholder interviews and surveys
Client engagement: client communications, managing client expectations and presenting recommendations
Developing high quality outputs: development of well-structured written arguments, business cases or implementation plans to address our clients’ needs
Business development: engaging decision makers at potential client organisations to understand their needs and support on developing winning proposals
Consulting at Firetail gives you the opportunity to make a positive impact on social progress. You will work with Firetail’s interdisciplinary, international team on exciting and challenging projects for ambitious organisations.
Candidates will have a minimum of 1- 2 years experience in a consulting or other relevant role and an undergraduate or graduate degree from a top tier university. We welcome applications from candidates with commercial, public or non-profit sector experience. Above all, we are looking for someone who is committed to positive social change
