Trust in charity drives support
A new report from Harris Interactive in the US reveals the strong connection between trust and intention to donate. The Susan G Komen Foundation and the St Jude’s Research Hospital dominated the poll, taking the top two spots for brand equity, trust and intention to support. In this context, say Harris, “trust should be viewed as both a concrete organizational trait and a point of emotional connection with supporters and those in need of help and assistance.” Read more.
